Late arrival Policy
For the best experience, please arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of your class to settle in and find a place. We do not let any one join after 10 minutes has passed. Also, there is a risk of injury when the body is not warmed up properly. If you are going to be late, please call the studio beforehand.
In our intimate space, body placement is crucial to having the best class experience possible. Arriving early allows you to choose your spot and helps avoid any confusion. Please take the next available space closest to the mirror to allow any clients arriving later to fill in the spaces behind you.
What do I need to bring to class?
Come dressed to move!
We recommend wearing clothes that make you feel comfortable. We provide cubbies for your personal belongings.
Mat rentals available at $2 and free exercise props to use when needed!
Don't forget your water.
What can I expect at my first class?
Expect to get sweaty and have fun! We offer modifications and challenges for everyone, regardless of experience or ability. Please let your instructor know if you have any injuries or concerns prior to class, and feel free to ask any questions before or after class!
